recipe of glutinous rice balls

Hey, guys, belated happy luna new year!
Sunday was Luna new year, so i made some glutinous rice balls on new year eve (last saturday).

That's one of Chinese traditional food which is my favorite also.
Here I want to share how I made. =p

Materials:
3/4 cup glutinous rice flour,
1/4 cup milk or water,
peanunt butter / red bean / chocolate (That's the filling of the ball, just pick one you want. I made several thogugh.)
ginger,
brown sugar.

Steps:
Balls:
1. Mix the glutinous rice flour and and milk/water
2. Cut the mixture into little pieces (about 1 inch), then  press it
3. Wrap the fillings you want into the pressed piece
4. Roll it on your palm until it is made like a ball

Sweet soups:
1. Cut the ginger into small thin pieces
2. Slowly put the ginger pieces and brown sugar into water
3. Boil them

When the soup is boiling, slowly put the balls into the soup. Once the balls start floating, it is done.

Here are the balls that I made.
